Founded by Denis Gildas Salmon, a celebrated chef and culinary entrepreneur with 25 years of experience, The Mushroom Company was brought to life to bring farm-to-table taste to every kitchen. From a humble workhouse in Cambodia, the company is bringing this stable ingredient closer to cooks, providing prime-condition button mushrooms for HoReCa, manufacturing, and home cooks alike.

Denis Gildas Salmon

After 25 years in the F&B business as a chef and entrepreneur, I found myself constantly frustrated by the lack of fresh button mushrooms in Cambodia. So, I decided to grow them myself.

We are proud to be the first local producer of button mushrooms in the country, with a great commitment to taste and freshness. Our mushrooms are picked and delivered within 24 hours to ensure peak flavor.

Beyond a career as a chef, I want to leave a long-lasting legacy in the field of agriculture. As The Mushroom Company is working hard to supply the freshest mushrooms we can grow, I believe the button mushroom will find its place as a staple in the kitchens of home cooks and restaurants alike. More so, I believe good food should be accessible, so our mushrooms are fairly prices.
